Founded in 1988 by Bert A. Less, Leco Realty
has a staff of seven full time employees and a full complement of crafts
and maintenance vendors. Still a family owned operation, the company
manages over 1,500 units in the Memphis
metropolitan area.
Leco Realty, Inc. is a hands-on company whose
phenomenal growth is the result of “word
of mouth’ endorsements from the
over one hundred individuals and organizations whose property is managed by
our friendly and competent staff.
Regardless of the size of your real estate portfolio, Leco is prepared to maximize profits while minimizing
vacancies. Repairs are completed in a timely and cost efficient manner due
to the economy of scale resulting from the large network of craft workers
and vendors.
Leco Realty was a finalist for the “Small Business of the Year Award” presented by the Fogelman
